Parisi XPC will be kicking off our next 6 week TEAM Adult fitness Challenge September 8th at 7pm!  It's time to approach fitness like a video game and start LEVELING UP!!!  

This 6 week challenge will be from September 11, 2017 through October 21, 2017

Gamers like to spend hours leveling up characters so that they're stronger and faster and can defeat enemies more easily.  Why not try that in real life?  We realized that we could use this mindset with health and fitness!  You'll be surprised to find that gaming can actually prepare you to reach your fitness goals. Think of yourself as a character, leveling up day-by-day and eventually building awesome stats and going for the WIN!!!   You can find your fitness "level" in this challenge!

Metabolic Strength Training

During these 6 weeks we write out team training workout plans that are designed to decrease body fat % and increase your lean muscle. We will modify things as needed, if we find that you have some physical limitations or movement impingement, we will always be striving to coach you on what you need to be doing and working on next to continue to get the results that you deserve.

Nutrition Guidelines and Access to Grocery Lists & Meal Plans
If you've ever been to Parisi you've heard us say this a million times... "You can’t out train a bad diet."  The best way to find success it to have a training program that come with a nutrition component.  That’s why we built you a nutritional framework that’s flexible and fits your lifestyle. No more “trendy food” diets. We understand that sometimes you just need someone to show you how or tell you what to do, this is were we have you covered. You can eat real foods, like a real person, in real life scenarios... Just follow our guidance and you will learn how to form healthy eating habits through this challenge and into everyday life.

Some days are harder than others. Making a health and fitness lifestyle change isn't always going to be easy, if it was you wouldn't be here. We know, we've been there too. Accountability Checks
Get expert coaching from our Parisi Team and the support of others who are just like you. Leadership and accountability could be the missing ingredient you need to make this time count. We will know when you've been sneaking in Oreo cookies or missing workouts, when you know that you can't get away with it all of a sudden results happen because we WILL be checking your measurements, results begin to happen.

Who Is The Challenge For?
Any fitness “level” can participate in this challenge. Our coaches will modify YOUR training to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries.

What If I Have A Rotating Schedule?
We get it, life happens and maybe it’s more than just your work schedule changing weekly, this is no problem. We have training sessions in the mornings and in the evenings.

Adult Team Training Schedule

Monday: 6am  9am  5pm  6pm

Tuesday: 8am  9am  6pm  

Wednesday: 6am 9am  5pm  6pm  

Thursday: 8am  9am  6pm

Friday: 6am  9am  5pm  6pm

Saturday: 8am 

What Will Be Required Of Me?
During the 6 weeks you are encouraged to workout at least 3 times a week at our facility, plus any additional workouts or challenges that we give you, while tracking your eating.

I Don't Have A Lot Of Weight To Lose, Can I Still Do The Challenge?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some only have their last 10 or 20 pounds to lose and just want the extra accountability and family environment at Parisi XPC.

The challenge will be based on your level and body fat % loss.

What Are The Workouts Like?
We focus on movement quality, strength and lots of activity with little rest. Don't worry the workout is customized to YOUR ability

Do I have to form my own team?

Nope! You can join by yourself or with a friend or two and we will help build your team for this challenge!
