Sports Performance Training Options

Thank you for your interest in training with us here at the Parisi Xcel Performance & Fitness!  The following videos below are presented to give you a better understanding of Parisi and our programs.  We want to arm you with all the information you will need to make an educated decision on training with us.  This first video will give you a broad overview of our program, and the remaining videos are broken down to give you a little bit more specific info on individual programs based on athletes age and ability level.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at: sportsperformance@parisixpc.com.

 
 
 

Evaluation

The Parisi Performance Evaluation is mandatory for every athlete who enters the Parisi program. During the evaluation, athletes are taught our signature Active Dynamic Warm-Up, are examined during our Running Analysis procedure, and tested in a battery of physical speed and strength movements. After the evaluation, every athlete and parent meets individually with the Evaluator to review the results and select the appropriate program that fits the athlete’s needs.

 

Jump Start (ages 7-12)

Helps any young athlete ages 7-12 develop an athletic foundation of skills, helping them get faster and stronger to rise above the competition.  Our signature speed and strength methods are serious but taught in a way that keeps the athletes motivated and engaged.

The Jump Start program builds a strong foundation for young athletes, teaching them about:

  • Athletic Coordination
  • Injury Prevention
  • Winning (and Losing) Graciously
  • Balance and Body Strength
  • Speed, Agility and Reaction
  • Dynamic Flexibility and Sports Flow
 

Total Performance (ages 12-18)

For ages 12-18, the Parisi signature speed and strength methods produce maximum improvements in athletic performance.  Programming is broken down into an individual focus per session: linear speed, change of direction and strength.

Total Performance gives teens an athletic foundation that spans all sports, teaching them about:

  • The Fundamentals of Body Weight Training and Strength Training
  • Olympic Lifting
  • Power Development
  • Injury Prevention
  • Speed, Agility and Reaction, Including Multi-Directional Speed
  • Strategies for Developing a Strong Character
  • Dynamic Flexibility and Sports Flow
 

P.E.A.K

Created for elite athletes of all ages who currently compete or aspire to someday compete at the high school, collegiate, Olympic or professional level.  We identify the skills necessary to reach their potential and provide them with the training and tools to help turn "potential abilities" into "actual abilities".  By working in a small group setting of 2-4 athletes, the program focuses on an athlete's individual needs and desired improvements.
