Total Performance 1 is a speed school program that helps your pre-teen learn to improve overall strength, speed and agility. Designed to produce max improvements in athletic performance, the strength and speed classes help maturing athletes develop their potential; as well as form strong bonds with their teammates for a true feeling of belonging and purpose.  


Total Performance 1 gives teens an athletic foundation that spans all sports, teaching them about:

  • The Fundamentals of Body Weight Training and Strength Training
  • Olympic Lifting
  • Injury Prevention
  • Speed, Agility and Reaction, Including Multi-Directional Speed
  • Strategies for Developing a Strong Character
  • Dynamic Flexibility and Sports Flow


Total Performance 2 (Ages 14+/High School)

Whatever your sport, whatever your passion, Total Performance 2 gives you the physical and mental discipline you need to be the best of the best and finally grab that competitive edge.



Total Performance 2 is developed to teach high school athletes about:

The P.E.A.K. program was created for the dedicated athlete who aspires to compete in athletics beyond high school. Athletes are selected for this program by the Parisi staff at the initial Evaluation. Veteran Parisi athletes may also advance into this program after making a marked improvement. The selection process is based not only on physical attributes, such as speed and strength, but also on quality of character. P.E.A.K. has an intense focus on specific Strength and Speed training techniques centered around an athletes individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration.
