Youth football season is winding down, and now is the time to get your athlete the off-season training to prepare them for next season! Parisi’s youth football training program will help your athlete during this off-season to gain speed, strength, improve on agility and body awareness, as well as boost their confidence.

Your athlete will start the program by going through our comprehensive evaluation using the same technology used at the NFL Combine.

We will test:

  • 10 and 20 yard sprint time

  • Vertical Jump

  • 5-10-5 Agility

  • Broad Jump

At the end of the program we will retest your athlete to measure their improvements.


Ages: 7-12

Dates: Program Starts Monday December 10, 2018 and ends Wednesday, February 27, 2019. There will be 20 sessions total.*

December 10, 12, 17, 19 January 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30 February 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27

Time: Sessions will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 6pm

Cost: $100 for 10 sessions $200 for 20 sessions

*Make up sessions can be made if your athlete misses one of the regularly scheduled sessions, or we have a cancellation. You will be able to make up sessions by attending one of our regularly scheduled sports performance Jump Start sessions.
